VSAT Airtime - Global IP Maritime (End of Life)

Global IP is STM’s maritime VSAT service providing all the benefits of a carrier-class SatLink VSAT network for superyachts, cruise ships and commercial vessels of all types operating with a 1.0M stabilized marine antenna systems. The service can also support smaller antennas like the new Sea Tel 3011 and Sea Tel 2406 to provide extensive regional coverage.

• With service speeds up to 4 Mbps download
• VoIP services with local numbering
• 24 x 7 support

STM’s marine mobile solution allows you to define a different type and scope of service for each marine vessel served. Services can include Broadband Internet, operator defined VoIP services, and even standard cellular telephony services such as GSM, 3G and 4G services. Each vessel can be given its own bandwidth and QoS policies. High return link capacities are feasible with custom implementations and dedicated SatLink hubs.

Global IP provides complete flexibility to define the scope of service you require for your vessel, including  broadband Internet, operator defined VoIP services with localized numbering and even standard cellular telephony services such as GSM and new 3G or newer 4G services.
