TV at Sea - TVRO

Livewire Connections offer the latest Cobham Satcom Sea Tel marine stabilised TV Receive Only (TVRO) antenna platforms and are among the first Sea Tel partners to commission a number of these new systems. This is the very latest TVRO antenna technology capable of both global KU-band and Ka-band operation (DirecTV USA).

The new range of Sea Tel products consists of five antennas in three sizes for global use and builds on over 20 years innovation and engineering and performance focus of Cobham SATCOM’s Sea Tel TVRO antenna systems. Reliable operation in the harsh maritime environment and providing high quality entertainment for crew and passengers is key.

The Sea Tel 80 TV, Sea Tel 100 TV and Sea Tel 120 TV are advanced 3-axis Ku-band antennas featuring an innovative programmable worldwide LNB and multi polarization meaning users can receive Ku-band HD satellite services worldwide without having to change the LNB.

For vessels operating in US waters, the Sea Tel 100 TVHD and Sea Tel 120 TVHD 3-axis Ku/Ka dual band antennas are capable of receiving Ku- and Ka-band signals from three satellites simultaneously. Fully compatible with DIRECTV, the largest broadcaster in the US with 285 channels, of which 195 are full time HD.
