Matthew Roberts of Livewire Connections joined Captain Colin Richardson and Captain Steve Emmerich from M/Y Mirage and Bjorn Mauschik Production Manager at Pinmar to form a team called Mirage Sons of Pitches, for the annual Pinmar Golf 2015 tournament.
This is the 27th year the event has been running, which saw over 300 players take to the course in Palma over two days. The weather provided perfect golfing conditions, with glorious sunshine and a gentle breeze.
Whilst the team may not have triumphed in the results table, the event provided a good networking opportunity and a chance for Matthew, who joined Livewire Connections in June 2015 as an Account Manager to meet others in the industry. Matthew has been working with the Captain and the ETO on M/Y Mirage since joining Livewire Connections; having supplied and installed a new VSAT Satellite communications system and Sea Tel’s latest generation of TVRO antennas.
