New Sales Agreement Signed with Airbus Defence and Space for 60 Mbps

Livewire Connections have signed a new sales agreement with Airbus Defence and Space which will see the Company offer VSAT airtime services up to 60Mbps on Airbus’s Global VSAT Network, the largest in the World.

In May, Livewire Connections were announced as one of the first Global Field-Service Alliance (GFSA) partners for Airbus Defence and Space, and this further agreement cements not only the relationship between the two companies, but Livewire Connections capabilities in the field.

Livewire Connections has looked to position itself amongst the major players in the maritime satellite and communications industry. In addition to their GFSA status with Airbus Space and Defence, they are an Elite Partner for the group and major provider to the superyacht and specialist vessel operations sectors.

Livewire Connections has been a main Cobham Sea Tel dealer since 2006 providing VSAT and MSS services to its customers and have established themselves as a leading provider of satellite communications, IT solutions and networking to the maritime industry. Livewire Connections is spending an increasing amount of time in the field, working closer with their suppliers and customers to ensure total quality service provision.
