Livewire Connections upgrade VSAT on 71m Dona Amelia

Livewire Connections Ltd's knowledge and experience have led to a more reliable and efficient VSAT antenna and satellite service for Dona Amelia.

We first started working with the 71m Dona Amelia classic motor yacht when they were having issues with increasing airtime costs and poor service that resulted in loss of access to the Internet and mission critical data. When it came to replacing their onboard antenna, Dona Amelia’s Chief Officer approached Livewire Connections for support due to our flexibility, experience and knowledge backed up with a reliable service.

Livewire Connections are a main Sea Tel dealer and have installed a 1m 4010 antenna; the latest 3-axis marine stabilised VSAT antenna which is light and designed to be more cost effective than its’ predecessor the 4006.

Dona Amelia’s Chief Officer was delighted with how the installation of the new antenna went commenting, “We are very happy that the equipment supplied arrived on time as promised.
