As of the start of 2019 Livewire Connections has been renamed Marlink Ltd.

Under the new Marlink Ltd identity, we will further strengthen our portfolio with the ability to offer services from other group companies, such as OmniAccess, to yachting customers going forward.

Full Sea Tel Spares Catalogue now available online

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new section on our website, Sea Tel Spares Catalogue designed to help both customers and agents locate spare parts for their Sea Tel VSAT and TVRO antenna systems.

Customers and agents will find an extensive list which allows users to locate the very latest parts for a specific antenna system. Designed for ease of use, the user is able to search by description e.g belt or LNB, by antenna type eg. 4004 or 4009, or by the product code if known. Using any one of these filters a list will appear of all the kits available for that particular antenna.

In addition to a detailed description, pictures have been included for almost every part, thus making it easier for customers to identify exactly what they require. There is a breakdown of the parts as well as fitting instructions to make replacement of parts as simple as possible. There is often an added challenge for customers or their purchasing teams to identify and source spare parts for older antenna systems. This new website section identifies parts which are suitable for old as well as new antennas. Antennas which are out of warranty or where a boat has been sold and specific information has not been transferred a solution can be found and the antenna can work effectively again.

David Walker, Sales Director said, “Livewire Connections is a main Sea Tel dealer and the company has been working hard to make it easier for our customers to locate information, pricing and availability on the Sea Tel spare parts they need to support their equipment. This is proving to be a very effective solution.” This is yet another development on the website review which Livewire Connections are undergoing, having launched their new site in early 2012. During the next phase they will be able to offer online ordering and prompt delivery for a substantial number of parts which are held in stock.
